How HaulMonitor works

One freight movement. One isolated Load room. As many concurrent rooms as your operation needs.

HaulMonitor organizes each freight movement around its own Universal Load ID while company dashboards aggregate the authorized rooms a shipper, broker, carrier, fleet, owner-operator, or driver needs to manage.

01

Create a new Load clean room

A shipper or broker enters each new freight movement separately. HaulMonitor issues a unique Universal Load ID and isolated clean room, then authorized brokers, carriers, owner-operators, and drivers join through the invitation chain.

02

Execute every stop in order

Run FTL, LTL, package, single-pair, or multi-stop freight through an ordered route ledger. Each pickup and delivery can carry its own appointment, detention terms, status, evidence, and security-seal events.

03

Document detention at the correct stop

Record timing milestones, accepted detention terms, wait time, supporting location evidence when available, signatures or acknowledgment, and documents against the exact Load ID and route stop where the event occurred.

04

Build the evidence and claim record

Keep relevant documents in the Evidence Locker and use the detention record to support claim review and invoice generation.

05

Seal the Load Vault record

Authorized participants retain only the document classes their role permits. Operational paperwork can follow the Load team, while restricted commercial contracts remain limited to commercial counterparties. At completion, HaulMonitor seals the route, document, claim, signature, participant, and security-seal references into the final Load Vault snapshot.

06

Return to the company load portfolio

Track claim and invoice outcomes, preserve that room’s history, and return to the company board where every other authorized active Load ID remains visible without mixing its records into this one.

Create the next Load ID without contaminating the last one.

Drivers and fleets can also use HOS Complete and Fuel Monitor as planning and operating-cost tools alongside the load workflow.

HaulMonitor.io
